Just after the recent high winds we noticed that a couple of tiles had moved. Spoke to a neighbour who suggested contacting Precision Roofing. We contacted Jordan and they came round next morning to 'have a look', next thing ladders unloaded, up on the roof, tiles repositioned, ladders away and they were on their way. Very, very impressed with Precision Roofing.
We had water pouring through our ceiling during storms, just at the point when every roofer was really busy, so even finding someone available to quote was a challenge.
In terms of responding to messages, coming around with a positive attitude and doing a thorough no-obligation quote (ie not just looking at the ceiling where the water comes out, which gives me, as a customer, no confidence at all), they were better than everyone, hands down . And it showed through with the decent quote, the relatively fast date scheduled for the repair, and the way they actually did the job, especially as they were honest when they found the real cause, saving me quite a bit of money.
Definitely the roofing company I will be recommending (and have started recommending) to anyone and everyone in Plymouth. Thank you!! We have put our buckets away with gratitude.

Precision roofing came out to fix my roof after it was damage in a storm. They were very professional and replied to my messages immediately. I tried three other local roofers before coming across Precision roofing and none of them even had the courtesy to reply. It was only a small job but I was dealt with the same professionalalism I woukd expect with a large contract. I couldn't recommend them more l will be contacting Pecision roofing for all my future needs. 10/10 More...

We are so happy with our new roof, right from the start of the process communication was clear. We had several quotes and Precision Roofing were the only ones to actually go in our loft and properly measure up and inspect the condition of it.
