The diary they write is lovely and Kane absolutely loves the attention and affection each of the girls give him. Nicola & her team are great with our two dogs. The service is brilliant.They walk our dogs when my partner is away on business, sometimes this is at short notice and Nicola always manages to fit a walk in for them. Mia & Nyla always seem so happy. We receive regular updates after walks. Very reliable and caring. Dog boarding is also very good, The dogs seemed to love it and were never left on their own. Nichola and her team at Precious Paws have been looking after my dogs for a few years now, taking them for daily walks. The team are trustworthy and reliable, they have even gone out of their way to help me out with a few last minute needs. My dogs love seeing everyone from Precious Paws and also get to socialise with other dogs. Precious Paws are simply fabulous. We moved to Ware with our dog Victor this summer and before we moved it was very important for me to find somewhere for Victor to go when we were at work. I went online and called a few companies then I called Precious Paws. I could tell by the questions asked and information I was given that Nichola and her team knew and loved dogs very much. I was adamant that I want Victor to go to them. I needed to know he would be looked after properly whilst I was at work and I definitely felt that by speaking to them. Finally we moved and Victor started at daycare and he just loves it! He comes home from a great day full of lots of walks, playtime and fussing and he is so content it's just fantastic. We started uses Precious Paws almost a year ago after rescuing our dog Charlie from Dogs Trust. Nicola walks Charlie once a day, and looks after him when we go on holiday. She has been amazing, and her help in settling Charlie in and socialising him with other dogs has made such a difference. She is extremely flexible and Charlie is always extremely excited to see her. Nichola and her team are FANTASTIC! Not only have they given me peace of mind knowing Ruby (my slightly mad German Shepherd) is going to get a good walk and be cared for whilst I'm at work, they have been flexible when I've needed a bit more help too. They're all lovely people, caring, and friendly and my dog adores them which makes my life so much easier as she is often not the friendliest! I would absolutely recommend Previous Paws to anyone. I love the fact that I have a daily diary written for my dog telling me about her walk and often including photographs, she is watered on her return and I trust the team implicitly where my dog is concerned. Nichola is an excellent and trustworthy dog walker. She is reliable and has a wonderful manner with both of our dogs, they love having a visit from her as part of their daily routine. Nichola caters the walk according to your dog's needs and is always happy to discuss and help out with any special requirements, such as medication administration. Since rehoming a rescue dog, Nichola has been invaluable in socialising, exercising and generally helping us to settle Charlie into his new home. He is always super excited to see her and we were lucky enough that Nichola was able to have him over Xmas and ease our minds as he was in such good hands. This service means that even though I work full time and sometimes have to change arrangements Nichola is very flexible and always wiling and able to help out. Nichola's use of a diary and texts means I always know what Charlie has been up to and the fun he has had. We were so lucky to find Precious Paws! Nichola and her family instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease about leaving my precious 12 month old boxer dog with her. Nichola's instant rapport with Cooper was obvious and it wasn't long before he was dragging me up her garden path to see her whenever he was being cared for by her. Her own dog, Tye, was wonderful and shared his toys, garden (and food on occasion!). Nothing was too much trouble for Nichola - last minute arrangements were always trouble free and her flexibility and adaptability were amazing, including over night stays, early drop offs and late pick ups. Cooper has a few medical needs and Nichola administered his medication without fuss or any problems.I cannot recommend Nichola and Precious Paws highly enough - I have moved out of the area and am just so sorry that she couldn't come too!! If you need a loving, caring supportive carer for your dog - and Nichola has availability, then grab her quickly - she is a true gem. More...

I've been using Precious Paws since May 2014 and have been very happy with the service.Nichola is great with dogs, very passionate & professional and able to help with different aspects of dog care. Nichola (precious paws) has been amazing at training my very excitable dogs to walk on the lead and I can now take pleasure in taking them out for a coffee with me! !Nichola keeps a diary which is a wonderful record for me.
