Michael from Paper Plane and his assistant Elenor who also spoke my wife’s native language were excellent throughout the whole process of obtaining my new wife visa/resident permit. The initial advice was free and he explained everything. I had also received some contrary advice, from another company which I thought was possibly dubious, Michael explained the correct process and exactly why, which made sense and gave me confidence in him.

His fee was competitive and Michael would call me back out of normal working hours and going beyond the call of his duty.

To make things more difficult, the war between Russia and Ukraine had just started and I was very scarred she would not make it out of Russia as boarders were being closed.

However she got her visa and got out Ok much to my relief.
