Ian is such a lovely, professional guy with outstanding knowledge in his field of work. He arrived on time, the job was completed in the time he said it would be, he went the extra mile to clear a blockage that he found in the system whilst he was working on it and cleaned up thoroughly outside when he had finished. Our system now works perfectly again and we can benefit from the new boiler we had installed a couple of years ago. We never knew that radiators were supposed to get so hot!! Ian also talked us through the workings of the system and we learned that we had been using it wrong all these years and burning more fuel than we needed to. Priceless information which will save us money on our bills going forwards now. Ian was such a pleasure to deal with (is great with dogs) and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Living in a large end-terraced house I had always believed that my house would never get properly warm. This is no longer true and I have a central heating system that works as it always should have. All thanks to Ian who's professionalism and diligence is second to none. Ian was a total professional ,no mess, no fuss and left my central heating system in perfect working order. He arrived on time and spent about 8 hours sorting out eight radiators ( never known them so hot ) I would recommend him to anyone, a very nice guy to deal with.

Can’t recommend Ian enough. Had only 5 of 11 radiators working on a house we’ve just purchased with a neglected microbore central heating system. The two previous plumbers told us we needed and entire re-pipe and that power flushing would not work but Ian proved them wrong. Ian to my utter amazement managed to get all 11 radiators working again, the entire system was piping hot! If you are having problems with your central heating I would really suggest hiring Ian before you throw any more money at it, he’s an expert ay what he does and has personally saved me a fortune! I requested a quote for powerflush through Rated People website but wasn't very optimistic. Ian called to give a quote and sounded very reasonable and professional with a quote almost half of British Gas. He arrived promptly and right from the word go appeared very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction well within promised time. Can't praise enough. Wish we had more people like him around. Thanks a lot for coming all the way from Bolton to Lancaster, fixing the problem and giving some useful tips as bonus.
