Pre & Post Natal Fitness
I specialise in Pre & Post Natal Fitness. I help existing and expecting mums combat the effects of pregnancy and childbirth, in order to make positive changes to both their body and mind. Through training and educating existing and expecting mums I empower them with the necessary knowledge, and tools, to make safe and effective changes to the strength, shape and size of their bodies specific to their circumstances. This is in order for them to become physically and mentally stronger, and less worried about changes in daily performance or appearance resulting from pregnancy and/or childbirth.
