I'm a fitness professional who specialises in helping young to middle aged men & women make positive changes to both their body and mind. I show men and women who aren't feeling particularly confident in both gym and social settings a way of making positive changes to the size & shape of their bodies, so they become stronger and less worried about their appearance. I do this by helping them think differently and solve their own problems when it comes to health and fitness. I coach and advise rather than tell them what to do. This helps them create their own path towards their goals that works for them, and shows them they can do it on their own.
