I started attending Nichola’s Saturday morning circuit training at the start of the year and I’m really enjoying it. The classes are always fun and friendly, with lots of encouragement no matter your fitness levels. Highly recommended!

Nichola's Saturday morning bootcamp is excellent. She takes time to explain anything you are unsure on and help you improve technique. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to maintain a good level of fitness or even someone starting out from scratch! More...

Started Saturday circuits having never done anything like it before and am loving it! Nichola is a great trainer who creates a fun, friendly and motivating atmosphere. Every week has something new and allows for everyone to push themselves to their own level with everyone encouraging each other. I'm noticeably fitter just after a few sessions and always look forward to it! More...

My personal trainer Nichola, in only a matter of weeks, has brought be so far to improve my core strength and overall physical fitness level.
Over the last two months I have lost over half a stone without dieting.
My sleep patterns have greatly improved and I have much more energy than before I started my training.
I would highly recommend Nichola for her excellent warm up and work out exercise routines. Her attention to detail and friendly professionalism has made a real difference to help me get fit again.
