Lovely lady done a fantastic job with my teddy highly recommended and the price was fantastic.

Yesterday my sister cancelled an appointment 23hr 30minutes in advance. before her appointment as she went to another groomers who were nearer and who offered her a discount of half the price for her puppy groom - She obviously went with this groomer like anyone else would due to the cost of living crisis that everyone is going through!

She contacted Tracey at 10:32am yesterday morning when her appointment was for the next day at 10am. Tracey confirmed the cancellation and appeared to be okay with her cancelling and didn’t mention a cancellation fee at this time!!

She then got a text at 16:43pm with a payment link. Posher paws then contacted her when she realised she went with another groomers and saw the other groomer posted a photo of her dog and was demanding 50% of the price of the groom. Posher Paws then stated she would take further action if the amount of £22.50 wasn’t paid within 24hours and it scared the hell out of sister because she didn’t know what she would do to get the payment. My sister generally thought if she ignored her she would come to her property to receive payment.

Unfortunately due to thing playing on her mind and it set my sisters anxiety off she paid the amount! EVEN THOUGH posher paws has NOTHING on Facebook or your website stating a cancellation fee or a late cancellation fee. She didn’t sent the contract of where it states a cancellation fee. She asked you 3 times to send it to her and you ignored her request.

The disgusting thing about this is you already accepted the cancellation prior to the second text!
Please sort your policies out and make it clearer for potential clients as this is absolutely appalling behaviour from a business.
