Spark Medical joined the team at Bridgewater House just over 9 months ago after working from home for over a year and it was the best decision we have made.

After viewing what we would say nearly every serviced office facility across the Wirral and Cheshire West we came across Portal Business centre in Ellesmere Port and what a find! Walking in to an impressive reception area to be greeted by Lisa, Karen and Lesley we instantly new that this was going to be a great place for us and our team to be based from.

The office areas are modern and clean and a really good size which we didn't find when we where looking at other offices. There is plenty of shared spaces with meeting rooms and break out areas which are ideal to get away from the office four walls.

As we operate 7 days a week 365 days a year the benefit we found with Bridgewater House was that we had 24 hour access 7 days a week again this was a rare thing to find in serviced office complexes.

The thing that makes the place for us though as the Portal Business centre staff. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They are friendly and will go out of the way to help you. Sally The owner of Portal business centre genuinely takes an interest in your business which we have found her really supportive.

Lisa the sales manager ensures she guides you to the most suitable office and if like us your business grows rapidly she goes out of her way to move you to next suitable office as quickly as possible and in our case the same day!

Karen and Lesley on reception give a really welcoming impression to your visitors and there customer service skills are excellent.

ECM Education Consultants moved to Bridgewater House in October 2017.

ECM Education are a busy and growing company that works predominantly in the North West but also across the UK and internationally. We have been actively seeking new premises for 3 years but have up until now been unable to find the right location and quality of environment.

We met Lisa who immediately recognised and appreciated the needs of our business and very rapidly offered us a range of solutions that worked for us. We are happily settled in our new offices and our staff and clients are very impressed. Lisa and her team made our move stress and hassle free and we are delighted with our new premises. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a very welcoming and supportive staff. Parking is plentiful and easy and access via the motorway network has made getting to us so much easier. All in all a great move and wish we had done sooner.

We have been using the professional answering services of Portal Business Centres for 3 years now. We see them as an extension to our business. They are efficient, professional and extremely friendly when we are sometimes too busy or in meetings to answer calls. I can recommend their services to other small business that need this support. From first contact to move in date then beyond this has been a excellent experience provided by a professional, well coordinated and dedicated team. The communication and response time to queries has been superb from day one.Positive action taken very quickly to circumvent potential IT conflicts.After move in date, the attention to detail and superb customer care continues.The office accommodation itself is well laid out, temperature is well regulated and well ventilated.
