Pop-Up Gym

Being going for last 18 months just after it opened after having a stroke in 2012. The exercises have made me a lot fitter and my legs and arms stronger thanks to Mike and the team love the place. It is not just for spinal injuries it also brilliant for stroke survivors and nuero problems as well Thank you Drew and the team for making it possible for disabled people and wheel chair users have a venue to keep fit and improve there mobility. My first gym session since being spat out from the spinal injury system 17 years ago. Fantastic, haven't felt so good for some time. Aching a little, sweating a lot; thats hard to do in a wheelchair.
