Only contacted this company last night and had an immediate response - arranging to come out at 9.30 this morning and advising on potential costs. Sure enough Katherine turned up on time and immediately told me what she was going to do, and kept me informed along the way . All work completed within half an hour, obviously professional at what she does . Fab company. I rang up on behalf of some one else, who struggled to find someone to help, as she was older women, and also lost her keys to her shed and couldnt get in it. They went straight out the next morning early to her home, and then gained access to the shed for her, then also went back a few days later with spare keys. Pop a lock came out to repair my door as it was getting really difficult to open and close. This turned into a bigger job than I/we thought, but they persevered and kept me up to date with every stage of the repair.
