Poolie Time Exchange

I didn't want to write them a review because I thought I might use them again, but I realised that tbh I wouldn't want to use them again 😅
Essentially on one hand amazing, the guys will get their hands dirty, do the heavy lifting and literally cleat sh*t from a toilet and in bags. I can't deny that. Definitely impressed. On the opposite side though I am irritated that the guy said he will save what can be saved but literally cleared away all *my* furniture and most of my appliances. And despite what he said earlier said earlier tried to back track and said "most landlords..." whatever mate.. why say stuff then act like you didn't. I refused to pay him until he at least got my year old washing machine and oven back. Obviously they were now very scratched. I gave up on my bed bases, router, used pans... and this guy was blackmailing me to pay, despite not fulfilling the job as he agreed. So I can empathise why he gives the unstable chances at life as he is clearly unstable himself and can't take personal responsibility.

So yes I rate well, the work hard and get sh*t cleared fast but be careful that he doesn't really follow through with his nice promises and Is a bit unstable himself. If you are more on hand to co-ordinate his team you would probably do better rather than agree a plan and them do whatever!

So taking in account the good and the bad I gave this review. The stars stay average when in reality they are actually extremes in both directions! More...

poor communication, never answered phone. did one job which was ok, then said they only did one off jobs, did not want repeat business. were generally uncontactable

pookie was quick to respond started clearing immediately, they were efficient, polite, working nonstop till the job was completed, leaving the house and yard. clean. Thank you Pooly

They worked nonstop and cleared my loft of 30 years of rubbish
