What do you love most about your job?
I love empowering people to make positive changes in their lives; when I see a client have that 'light-bulb' moment or they work through something that has been troubling them it gives a real sense of pride and I love helping people get there.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always felt like I had to put on a hat every time I went into work; this hat meant I became 'business Raechel' and not me anymore. Whilst on maternity leave I realised I didn't need that hat, I could still work and do something that I love whilst still being me - I left my employed job and set up as self-employed and haven't looked back. I love that I get to wake up every day and be me and I love that I can help others to do this too.

Feeling the need to succeed in every aspect of your life can be tiring, especially when you’re not sure exactly what it is that you want. I know what it’s like to lose your identity, self-worth and sense of belonging, I also know how good it felt to be ‘me’ again even if this new me was a different version to before - I can help you to achieve this too.
