Rogue trader be aware!!
Tracey although friendly in nature is not someone you should trust with your pet. Tracey is currently serving a community order issued to her by her local council, which relates to her care of animals.
Our dog was attacked twice under the care of Tracey, the second time was extremely serious where our dog almost lost his ear.
The attack on both occasions happened with another dog Tracey was looking after. Tracey has refused to provide any insurance details despite being asked several times.
Tracey is not licenced for Doggy day care, or dog boarding despite advertising and providing these services to me on several occasions.
Tracey is effectively a rogue trader, and despite the fact your dog might be having fun under her care, its quite possible your dog won’t come back in one piece and then Tracey will be nowhere to be seen!

The very first time Eric went to stay with Tracy we were a little apprehensive as we hadn’t left Eric before, and within 10 mins of leaving him we got a photo of him laying with Tracy’s dogs very settled and happy, and received further pics through out his stay having great walks and fun, tracy is a natural with dogs, and fully recommend her to walk and look after our fur babies.

I cannot praise Tracy at Poole Pooches enough. She is amazing with my little dog and I wouldn't leave her with anyone else. I would like to thoroughly recommend Poole Pooches. This great dog walking business is flexible and has looked after my dogs on a regular basis either for short times or over longer stays. The company is reliable and good value and Tracy is so enthusiastic to make your dog feel at home. She looks after the dogs as if they are her own and the dogs are kept well trained and exercised.
