Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my pocket bully which they said they can do , got to the appointment for a very rude employee to look at my dog and say we are not going to see him as he’s potentially a dangerous dog because of how he looks, baring in mind he’s still a puppy she proceed to say when she confirmed the pocket bully breed with my partner over the phone she was assuming a french bulldog ? In my opinion if you have a grooming salon for pets surely you would know how to differentiate a pocket bully and french bull dog by their names ? In my honest opinion we waited for an appointment for weeks when in fact we could’ve gone somewhere else , not only have they wasted my time but have subjected me and my dog to discrimination I would not recommend you go here unless you want your dog looked at like dirt 😡 Infuriated isn’t the word More...

Luna always looks gorgeous when I pick her up. She can be quite anxious at being left but the ladies at Pooches take such good care of her when I pick her up she’s looking beautiful and I can tell they’ve looked after her well!
