We are a friendly private gym that has Cambridges best freelance personal trainers working here. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. We have a very well equipped gym with every bit of kit you could possibly need. We also have a private studio that our PT's can use should you prefer complete privacy.

Sports therapy
We offer physiotherapy/sports and sports massage therapy with both male and female therapists.
Nutritional therapy
Our PT's offer qualified nutritional therapy advice and sessions.
Gym membership
Gym membership is offered from as little as £25 a month or £6 per visit for you to use outside your PT sessions. You will only have to pay for your PT session and not gym entry. We would love to offer you use of our gym outside of your sessions.
