Quick to respond and did a good job

Came out to replace a faulty valve a few months ago. No fuss. Turned up on time. Reasonably priced. Would use again and indeed tried recently to but they were booked up. Good service.

Richard, came same day and found the leak that the previously hired plumber couldn't find after two visits

Richard came when he said he would , he was efficient , knowledgeable and he fixed our problem quickly. He was also very pleasant.

Service was excellent! Richard came within the hour and sorted the leak out immediately. He was polite and friendly, informative about what was wrong as well as honest with what needed fixing.

Plumber was cheerful quick and efficient. Came on time and left everything clean and tidy,I strongly recommend this company

I explained the problem on the phone and was told it would take about an hour, perhaps more, to repair. The cost per hour was quoted, and I accepted.
When Richard came to our flat to do the repair, he identified the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes.
I really appreciate this, as (which often happens) some contractors normally take advantage of people and "milk" the situation, taking longer than needed.

The work was completed satisfactorily. Replacement tap and sealant around bath and sink area

I agreed a price with Richard £167.00 to lope to pipes under the door, we lifted the floor, drained down the system, had to go shopping for him because he never had stock on his van, the work could be done easy with in 1 hour. When he finished he held out his hand out for £267.00 and said I miss understood him on the phone, No problem with the work just way to expensive, I have subcontract plumbers on my book who will work all day for £300.00.
So make sure you get the quote in writing because I got caught out. More...

Hi Ed, Thanks for your review. On a postive note: we are glad you are happy with the work carried out. In regards to cost, we understand that you may have thought the agreed price was less than actually stated, usually all agreed hourly rates/fixed prices are discussed via email/wtsapp or a similar messaging platform & in the event a price is agreed during a telephone call, we can imagine how misunderstandings can occur. Regarding having stock on our vehicle, as you may know, its impossible to have all fittings stocked & from time to time these fittings will run low/out. The pictures initially provided by yourself wasn’t complete in providing us with transprancy of required fittings within the floor and below. Sometimes we have to deal with situations as they arise on each job. Whilst on a job, should we need to source fittings for your repair, this time is chargable as you were aware. To save time & to assist kindly, as you are a tradesman yourself, you offered to go to a local store, perhaps you saw value in allowing us to continue with the changes to the pipework, as it wasnt a simple 1 hour job, as reflected in our estimate of £265.00 which included labour & fittings. According to our records, the total invoiced had totalled £265.00 including the fittings we had provided ourselves. As you know VAT isnt applicable. The process regarding the changes to pipework, timescales to complete the job, the total to be paid, had been explained in full with total transparancy. We are again happy that regarding the work carried out, you have no complaints. We’d be happy to help in the future, should you require assistance in plumbing & heating.
