I honestly have zero complaints!
Mo & his team really looked after us in every aspect, very short notice, great value for money and the team of 3 that Mo sent were truely incredible. I had to MAKE them take breaks, they let us do nothing at all and packed the van so efficiently they fit more than I could have ever imagined into 1 van, unloaded everything into the right rooms and looked after me so well, even topped up the oil and water in my car before the long drive, which was above an beyond their responsibility. Plaza Removals were outstanding during the entire process, from the first call to last. Mo was extremely knowledgeable and offered me range of options for removal storage return with eco options for vehicles too. The quote was the most competitive and you would have to pay at least 3 folds more to receive comparable service, but I believe they would struggle to match quality of service that is provided by Plaza Removals. Admin team was also superb, resonded to every query promptly and with courtesey. They accommodated a change of date at short notice on a bank holiday 2/1/23, without any hesitation and with their usual politeness and without any uplift in fees. They are passionate about removal and storage and are truly committed to their clients and this is reflected in their high quality of service. They made me feel as though I was their most important client. The removal guys were punctual, polite, professional, and smiled throughout the time they there. They worked together like an army unit everything was done with precision and with good cheer. Nothing was too much trouble. They took stress out of day and it was the most relaxing experience. I simply left them to move stuff. They told me just to relax. They had all packaging materials and taped my suitcase which had broken the day before. They repeatedly asked me if I wanted anything further to be taken away. I did not need to attend their storage facility as part of their service they attended to that too. I can not stop talking about the service which was truly brilliant and it was a real pleasure to meet the team and everyone of them. and I wished I had across them sooner and I have recommended them on all my chat groups.

WORTH READING!!! My wife and I required a very complex and sensitive home move recently, which needed to be split into multiple dates, both to out-of-town storage, as well as to our new home locally. The job/s also required special health & safety consideration, due to COVID shielding and other issues, which meant that everyone had to wear PPE (masks, gloves, shoe covers) do so properly and throughout.
Mo who is a Director of the company which he runs together with his brother, is extremely charming, kind, helpful and respectful in general and of the client’s needs in particular. In order to be able to give a quote, Mo came to tour old home to view the content and then personally followed the entire process personally.
Mo gave full assurance that all our special requirements will be met and respected, including the wearing of PPE; and also promised to send his very best team, which he certainly did. This team was lead by Alan, who's simply wonderful on all counts, super professional, extremely competent, caring, careful with the items being removed, very efficient, resourceful and extremely accommodating; a real asset for Plaza Removals to have and equally for any client to be lucky to get. Also in the team were Sahil and Salah. two truly lovely guys, who like Alan, are extremely respectful both of the client/s and the content being moved, are careful, competent and efficient. Despite the move being incredibly stressful and difficult for us, working with this team, Mo, his team and lovely admin staff lead by Michelle, was what got us through it somehow, due to their amazing help, support and flexibility throughout. Whilst the final cost did work out more than was quoted (mainly due to some additional work required along the way), we certainly have no regrets whatsoever using Plaza Removals and highly recommend them to others. Mo was a fantastic, helping us obtain a quote and understanding the size of our flat to determine our specific requirements. We felt we were taken care of as a customer with regular follow ups and check ins!
Michelle was so patient and flexible when it came to changing our moving day ( which we did multiple times - buying a house is a challenge!). She was super friendly and kind on the phone, which put me at ease as this was my first time moving house.
Our removal men were amazing! On our moving day we had the pleasure of meeting I truly felt our belongings were in safe and careful hands!!
I can honestly say that Plaza Removals made what was already going to be a difficult and emotional day easy, and stress free.

Just to say a massive thank you to Mo, Aki and removal team and the office staff at Plaza removals. We had a 4 bedroom house move on 4 levels, with contents from a 27ft shed and a big bunny hutch! Most excellent service from Plaza Removals. The team were amazing, so polite, professional, went over & above. Price also excellent.
The move should have been straightforward, got to new property & was more complicated as huge building, lifts , corridors, so Mo the Manager called more staff into help. They worked til 10pm on
a Friday night, to ensure everything was do ok & we were happy. They were conscious of the vulnerable adults who were moving & did everything to make less stressful & with good humour, patience, understanding. Also helpful in where things went & advice. Heavy work, in high heat, they didn't stop.

We are so glad that we went with Plaza Removals for our house move. Both Mo and his brother Aki came to give us a quote and from that moment on, we knew that we were going to go with them! They were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Outstanding, friendly and careful service from start to finish. With only a week's notice of our completion date, I found Plaza online and gave them a call. Mo visited me personally for an initial assessment and gave what I thought was a reasonable quote. 2 days before completion the team arrived to pack, and it's only then I realised how much stuff we had accumulated over 15 years - the quoted price was great value. The packing team were careful and methodical in their approach and all boxes labelled. On the removal day, the team arrived on time, led by Mo's brother. They were all highly professional, friendly and careful at all times. We even had a bit of a chat and laugh together. It took all day and into the evening to move house. The team rebuilt furniture the had taken apart, and everything put into the correct room, even very heavy items moves to the second floor. They also moved a very heavy piano with care and attention. When you talk to anyone they tell you that getting married and moving house are the most stressful things to do…our move involved moving several miles to a totally different region of the UK it required a lot of planning and unfortunately several change of dates. Plaza made it so easy. From the initial visit and the flexibility regarding dates ( things got a little delayed) to the very efficient packing day. Nothing was too much and great care was taken with doll's houses and fish tank.
Moving day was made very long by traffic problems on the M6 but the team were all upbeat and positive when unloading etc.
