We ordered the Frozen kids bouncy castle for our daughters 3rd birthday. Our delivery man was Alix and he was fabulous. The castle unfortunately arrived without an Frozen velcro's but he promised he would be back and he did not break that promise. An issue that could have disappointed 12 children barely went unnoticed and he arrived super quickly applied them and could not have been more apologetic and helpful. Errors happen - We are all human after all! Despite the slight incident, I have still recommended these guys 5* as Alix's great customer service made the whole experience. I will definitely be ordering from these guys again and recommend them highly to anybody looking for a safe, reliable and competitively priced bouncy castle. More...
