Play4Fun Fitness has changed my life forever. I started with the aim of dropping at least 1 dress size in a year because because I didn't want to be too optimistic. I joined play4fun fitness about 8 months ago (December 2014) and I wanted to loose weight desperately. I have been battling with weight issues for almost all my life and honestly felt like it was an aim I will never achieve. I was dress size 18 when I started and now I am a dress size 10 in 8 months! I got so much more than I bargained for, now I enjoy working out and I have even joined the company as they are training me to become a personal trainer myself.
