I contacted Play Pals on recommendation of a colleague... and I now know why! I work a shift pattern and don’t need my pup walked every day and this isn’t an issue for Play Pals. Ian popped out to meet my dog, who likes anyone who pays him a ounce of attention, before commencing walks... Helen and Ian have been walking our girls since we moved to Cornwall at the beginning of the year. They have been amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble or effort, and they are really flexible with last minute plans. We had a tough time a few weeks ago and sadly had to make the decision to have one of our three girls put to sleep as she attacked our little Pug, leaving her totally blind. Both Helen and Ian have been so supportive and on hand to give help and advice during this time and the girls absolutely love them. Ian has looked after them while we have been away and always goes the extra mile, and we return home to the necessities in the fridge such as milk and bread etc, flowers and a card. Helen and Ian have been looking after, loving and having fun with my two dogs who are both very precious to me since Jan 2016. Not only when I'm working but if I have a night out, am away and sometimes at very short notice. Nothing is ever too much trouble with them. I never return home to any mess or wanting doggies. They communicate with my vets if necessary on my behalf, and if I'm away they keep in contact with me either by messaging or photos. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
