When I became a personal trainer, I could see that exercise and healthy living are some things that all people need. Doctors should decide the exercise instead of medicines. Due to cardiovascular diseases, struggling with obesity, and showing intermediate people in the hospital, I really think their life could have been good and if they use them and they affect their lifestyle, they can avoid these problems.

Following a healthy, balanced diet helps your body to get the nutrition and energy it needs to stay healthy, active and well. This type of diet will help you to maintain good health, a healthy weight, and help you to feel your best.

As fitness professionals, we love the gym. It feels like home to us. But to a client who's new to fitness training, the gym can be a terrifying place. A great tip Is to: Imagine yourself going to the gym naked. Think of how awkward and embarrassing that would be. That's exactly how a beginner might feel the first time in a commercial gym. They feel assessed and exposed, as if everyone can tell they don't belong.

I just give the client a workout that feels like a workout to him, but that he can easily recover from before your next session. Increase the challenges in a systematic way, and the client will make progress for the foreseeable future.

You must have a clear vision of your goals, whether you want to get diced to the bone or add lean muscle. Often you’ll find it’s easy to get stuck between two goals and fail to make any progress, so your accountability suffers because you’re not seeing any changes taking place. Write down your goals and commit to them.

I get to meet, interact with, and connect with many different clients everyday! It is so uplifting being a part of someone’s journey to a living a healthier lifestyle.

I get to make positive changes in the lives of my clients and see their transformations over the weeks, months and years.

I train so many amazing people and establish very strong relationship with them. I have become so close with many of my clients that many of them have become good friends!

The ability to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else’s life. I’ve had so many clients tell me their favourite part of the day was our session; what a fantastic feeling! Getting that call or sms really makes it so worthwhile.

I look forward to going to work everyday! Not only do I have incredible clients to train everyday but my co workers are so fun to be around.

We have a blast, no matter what time of day and who is doing what…we are positive, outgoing, active people and we all share a passion for helping others become healthier, I can’t think of a more positive and fun environment? Constant laughter can be heard inside the studio on a regular basis.

When exercising on your own it can be easy to skip a session, snooze your alarm clock or cheat a set. I will make sure to keep you accountable and push your workouts to the next level while providing motivation throughout each session and the duration of your program.
Sometimes it is hard to remember the shy, insecure, quiet, out of shape and depressed/unhappy person that first walked into the gym after working with someone for months or years and seeing them transform their body, mind and entire being!
This is my entire mindset towards my clients.

Of course, i am available for you 7 out of 7, will make sure even though i am not next to you during your exercises i will make sure to provide you with detailed videos of exercises and support that you require. Any questions you have will be answered withing first 6 hours as maximum. You will never feel left out and will be kept accountable and motivated.
