Everything about Platinum VIP Chauffeurs was fantastic! Coming from a different country, I interacted with Nick via email to try to figure out which vehicle would best suit our needs. The email interactions were very professional, and he was always prompt with his responses. Ultimately, we had plenty of room, the car was immaculate, and Nick was even early for our pick up! Sorry it has taken me a while to write this review. But what can I say, I don't normally find the time to do things like this but with this company I just had to. Absolutely fantastic service, we used VIP for airport travel, 4 adults and 4 children from knaresborough to Newcastle return. Showed up bang on time, the bus and driver are amazing with DVD player and 3 screens to keep the kids entertained even phone charging stations for us guys. Very spacious and comfortable. Even the driver had the lucky task of keeping my ADHD son entertained up front which he did fantastically. We will def use again and would highly recommend to anyone xxx More...
