Sadly, my experience has not been as expected. Initial engagement and contract signing was good. Job took way longer than expected, that I could live with, but approximately 7 boards were faulty on installation with marks and still waiting over 1 month plus with no definitive plan to have them replaced. Karl and his work colleague have just completed some decking on our garden terrace and it looks fantastic and we are really pleased with it. It is exactly what we were after and Karl's workmanship is excellent. The whole construction, from the timber frame to the final fixing of the composite deck has been has been expertly completed. The deck looks great and seems very robust and secure. They worked hard throughout and clean up fully after they finished. Karl even took the time and trouble to change the colour of the border panels at the last minute at my request. We highly recommend Superior Decking and Landscapes, the price for the work seemed competitive and we would certainly use Karl and his colleague again for any project of a simular nature in the future.
