After visiting one of your branches we received a message from Facebook asking us for a review, the message said that we'd visited 3 weeks ago and haven't left a review, this in itself wasn't that surprising, what was surprising was the fact that we turn all location tracking OFF on all devices, the only time your company was even mentioned was in a PRIVATE message, this means that the private message has been read and information lifted from it, this is absolutely disgusting and bordering on stalking, the sad thing is the food was amazing, but unfortunately we will not be setting foot in planet doughnut again and we certainly won't even be mentioning it to anyone either publicly or in private.😠

I love that you do vegan doughnuts. they are amazing my only issue is I can't oder them for delivery as I order the vegan as I have a dairy allergy. my husband and children don't have an allergy. so on Saturday I ordered a box of six 4 Normal and 2 vegan as a special treat. but the vegan ones were placed in the box in the middle of the normal ones. meaning by the time they had been delived the vegan ones had the icing on all around the sides from the normal ones means I couldn't eat them. feels like such a waste. will buy from the store but I'm gutted I can't risk ordering online 😭 More...

By far the best doughnut me and my partner have ever tasted. 🍩 We had the caramel dairy milk one with white chocolate bits and wish we bought more to try the other flavours. First time I’ve purchased anything from here and i can totally say you have not disappointed. I got a box of 4. 2 biscoff, a homer and toffee apple one. Well, there’s only 3 of us and the box has gone! They were so fresh, soft, filled to the brim, smooth, delicious donuts! The staff member who served me was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Ordered via Shrewsbury eats and also phoned Shrewsbury shop and bakery directly……Absolutely awful customer service……sent wrong order and added an extra item not ordered but billed me for it anyway……. .now waiting for the manager to “get round” to looking at an email from his staff member to decide to refund me……..been waiting 5 days now and still absolutely nothing……..would not trust as far as could throw!
