What an amazing service! We hired this company about a month ago to come today (6th April 2019) - and what a service - brilliant! Couldn't fault them! Turned up on time, friendly, & professional...exceptional. Came back to collect the slide on time (which is always an issue if you need to be out of somewhere at a certain time). The pictures do not do justice to the product received...all 30 children absolutely loved the slide provided. Well done P&J entertainments...we will be coming back to you in 2020 for our little girls 4th birthday! Thank you so much for making it extra special. We booked 3 inflatables for our Fun Day on 7 July 2018. Two we had have had previously - tiger bouncy castle and jungle run. These are always popular and a good size and good price. This year we also booked Last One Standing enclosed. This was fun and the volunteers from the Church overseeing it said that it was really popular and we should definitely have it again. The 3 employees from P&J who we had booked to stay for the whole event, were really helpful and gave the volunteers the reassurance they required about the safety of them especially in the heat. Right.... So I called this company up last Thursday and asked if they can get a bouncy castle for today (Sunday) and that was not a problem! The very nice lady who answered the phone was very welcoming and helpful.... On the day, the bouncy castle was set up on time by a very nice chap and was picked up again, on time.... Amazing company!!!! Seriously do not go for any other in east London as these have been running for 20-+ years and never disappoint! ! ( I previously made a mistake of writing the wrong review for them as it was meant for a similar company with a similar name, that I used thinking it was this One! Hi P& J Thanks for helping us with a very successful spring fair. Choosing a few new things this year was brilliant - the disco bouncy castle was fantastic and the children loved it. Also the by product of the music gave the rest of the playground a festive feeling. Everyone should have the Helter Skelter, the kids loved it and we made lots of money from it!! Great service great staff called at the last minute when another company let me down on the day of my mums 60th birthday party! ! when I called in a bit of a panic the lady in the office couldn't help me enough I managed to get a bouncy castle and popcorn and candy floss which made all the guests at mums party really happy and most of all mum was really chuffed was all set and delivered on time no hassle which was one less thing I had to do would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good choice and service .
