We came to visit Salisbury and decided to eat at Pizza Venti because of the pictures on Google. We consider ourselves pizza fanatics and, by the look of the pizza in their photos, we had set our expectations quite high. And yet the reality was above our expectations! Exquisite pizza with Neapolitan style crust topped with fresh premium ingredients. You don’t get this quality in many places, not even in Italy. These people know their job and they do it with passion! Also ice cream was very nice and they serve really good coffee. Atmosphere is cosy with some interesting pieces of art on display. I consider myself a pizza fanatic and I have quite high standards when it comes to it; up till now I considered that the best pizza I had was in Napoli at a restaurant with Michelin stars. My partner and I have been here last night and can I just say, wow! Staff was polite and helpful with our requests and the pizzas, well, to die for! We had a classic Margherita and a Sausage pizza which were how we expected, huge, fluffy crust (REAL Neapolitan way) and fresh and high quality toppings. To finish we were offered a Limoncello straight from Capri, felt like being back home. We were particularly impressed by the passion and the commitment from Alex and his wife (the owners), doing their best to give Salisbury the real Italian experience. Definitely worth a visit. Popped into the Pizza place not 100% sure what we would expect, but blown away with the quality of the food, service and every part of our visit. From the starter to the end of the meal was just amazing with freshly sourced ingredients to amazing intentive staff, making sure our visit was memorable. The oven used to make these pizzas is out of this world and not sure if there is even another one like this in Wiltshire. Can not recommend this establishment enough and is a must on anybodies list!!
