Just visited here today for the first time for our daughters birthday and 100% will be back. Kids loved every minute of it and the staff where amazing and so friendly especially James think he was the manager. Can’t wait to go again.

I couldn’t recommend Gerard enough. The first day I started with him I told him I didn’t think I’d come back the next day and here I still am over 3 years later 🤣 that’s says it all especially for me! Not once through the lock downs did gerard leave us to our own devices, he took me one on one through FaceTime & then he started his zoom classes & for that I can never thank him enough! Gerard and Caolan both are very encouraging and no two classes are ever the same. They push me to my absolute limits at times but I still keep going back for more lol I would encourage anyone who wants to change their lifestyle, get fitter, have a laugh when they are working out and to meet new people to sign up to G45 you won’t regret it, it’s the best decision I ever made!! I have been with Gerard from 2018, if you would have told me back then I would still be with Gerard I probably would have laughed! I started back then for my wedding I showed him my dress and told him my goals. Gerard even during lockdowns kept me on my toes and accountable. I smashed my goals for my wedding because of the help of Gerard. I was afraid after the wedding I would fall back into my bad habits . I took a few weeks to myself and then came to the conclusion that this is no longer a diet for me, it's a lifestyle change . I enjoy going to g45 and having that hour to socialise and recharge the mind. Gerard would keep telling you this it is not about the scales and it's so true I am not the lightest I have ever been but I am the fittest and the most happy I have been in my body! I don't find healthy eating a task anymore because he has give me the knowledge to know my food. I still enjoy good foods but I'm accountable now for them. Couldn't recommend him anymore More...

Couldn’t recommend enough! I started the mummy class 4 weeks ago and it was exactly what I needed. I really struggled to get back at it after having my daughter. As us mummy’s do we can neglect ourselves and not make time to take care of ourselves. I’ve tried a few other classes/programmes over the past year and lost interest after a week, they have not been as motivating or as enjoyable as Gerard and caolans group training! I already know 4 weeks in I won’t be going anywhere! It’s an allocated hour twice a week to yourself where your pushed to your limits - and it’s feels unreal after! I would encourage anyone looking to get fitter, lose weight or feel better about themselves to join G45. Gerard and Caolan are absolutely brilliant- they encourage you and push you on, nothing is impossible when them two are about. I started the mums class 4weeks ago, and I’m already feeling and seeing the changes since then. The class is the perfect time after the school run, and sets you up for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend G45 to anyone! I first started with Gerard through lockdown online, from the start he has been nothing but motivation and helpful with keeping me on my toes & making me get to where I am now. I was never a person to enter a gym, or attend classes being too paranoid.. I now attend classes in G45 twice a week with a group of girls and feel nothing but comfortable and motivated from I enter until I leave🤩. I love the classes & look forward to going every week .. this is a big thing as it’s something I never would’ve put myself down for. I’m so glad I took the plunge and started with Gerard over lockdown , 6 months later and the changes are clear to be seen.. I started with Gerard during the lockdown and completed his 6 week programme and zoom workouts. I now attend the small group classes and I can’t believe how much I have grown to love exercising and going to the gym. Not only are there countless physical and mental benefits of being a member of g45 but also socially, I have met some of the nicest people that I wouldn’t have met by going to a public gym. Gerard takes the time to get to know everyone and tailors his workouts and plans to suit everyone’s individual needs. Every week since I have started with Gerard I am getting closer to my goals leaving me feeling more and more confident in my body. I never in a million years would have believed how much I LOVE working out now! I attend small group personal training and the friendships you create with people through the sessions is incredible! Also the support you can give to one another in group weekly is what helps you push through the harder days and gets you to your desired goals🎯 Gerard himself is empowering, motivating, supportive and wants the absolute best for all his members in the gym! Even those days during a really tough workout, we are all still thanking him walking out the door because the after feeling is AMAZING - he pushes us to limits we didn’t even know we could reach 🔥 my fitness levels have went from zero (didn’t even know how to squat or lunge) to 100 in such a short space of time! Hands down, best choice I’ve made joining G45. It sounds like a cliche but it really is more than just a gym its a community! i moved to clonoe knowing very few people but after joining G45 i can genuinely say i have made THE BEST group of friends thanks to Gerard and G45. We train hard at G45 and get the work done while socialising which makes me actually look forward to going to classes to train. We work hard and play even harder with days and nights out with members of the group If you struggle with motivation i would highly recommend joining - Gerard, Caolan and team mates all motivate eachother and if you decide to get the myzone belt it may even ignite your competitive side 💪 Ive joined many gym groups and communities but G45 really is in a league of its own You wont regret joining😊 More...

I've been going to Odhran for a few weeks with no previous experience of the gym or really exercising either. So i was understandably nervous about starting. Booked for the second year in a row for my sons birthday and he had the best time. What an experience.. today I took my son and nephew down, this place is amazing, spotlessly clean and sanitised after every use! The staff are so good, they took the time to fully explain what was what and were brilliant with the boys!!! I was very kindly gifted a voucher for Christmas from these guys and today we finally got to use it!! Amazing visit to VR CityX today - we were all first timers and the guys were so welcoming & helpful, especially with my younger two who I really wasn't sure about and if it would be for them. I was fully prepped to have to stop after 10 mins to take them out but the guys were unbelievably patient, kept them entertained and on course the entire time, which meant I actually got to play too. Actually got to the stage where they could've been halfway up the M2 and I wouldn't have noticed! Brilliant range of games and arcade pods were fantastic. started off with odhran just after christmas, with not working due to covid and not happy how my body was after christmas time i texted odhran to get on board with his zooms, ever since ive been doing odhrans zooms 3 times a week and two other sessions that odhran has given me , i have got alot stronger mentally and physically, i could not recommend odhran more as a personal trainer as he onows his stuff and hes so easy to get on with💪
