We had moss on our roof and Pinnacle came to our rescue. Arrive on time (early in fact) started the job straight away and 30 mins into the job they showed me how much moss we had and that it will be a BIG job! But nothing was to much for them. They just worked harder and faster to get the job done. Easy guys to work with cleaned up nice and the agreed price was paid. I would highly recommend them. They were also extremely nice to neighbours and even clean neighbours car and patio because some moss feel onto our neighbours side which couldn’t be helped… but they dealt with and we’re so polite. Tony was very easy to deal with,from prompt answering of enquiry with quote to planning a day, to completing the job. Tony and Charlie worked very hard on our driveway and pathways, they were good value for money compared to other companies and did a thorough job. Our driveway now looks fantastic.

Pinnacle came out to complete the following jobs, cleaning and removing moss from our roof, driveway and the decking.

Gave me a quote through WhatsApp when they turned up they cleaned the front roof but did not do the back. They didn’t know the back needed to be done. Am sure when one wants to get roof work done it’s the whole roof.

They did not finish the work till 9pm at night when we woke up in the morning it was so bad I had to arrange for someone else to come round to compete there work.

I would think a million times before using this company. It felt they weren’t organised when we repeatedly asked them to complete works they needed to do they wanted go back home as they had a 2 hour drive back More...

To respond to this review the customer kept changing what they wanted done, we did the roof, driveway, path & decking but path & decking was not quoted for but we cleaned it for them. Customer only paid us £500 out off the £900 we quoted, the customer just said we were trying to leave early because we live 2 hours away if that was correct we would not have left at 9pm. All mess was cleaned up, next door neighbour's roof was cleaned down and windows. Everyone can run off this customer's review or go off the other 66 reviews that all are at 5 starts.

Pinnacle were quick to respond, extremely proactive and got the job done quickly and efficiently sorting out the problem and also cleaning the gutters fully. We will be using them again!

Came half an hour before and waited outside and was able to start before the specified time. Took an hour to clean both front and back gutters of the house and also tucked away a lose cable that was hanging free if charge. Gutters were also really dirty and still cleaned them without any hesitation and also went up on a ladder to get rid of a plant that was in the gutter.
