What do you love most about your job?
I’m a big animal lover with a particular passion for dogs, and truly believe that owning a dog can enrich your life in so many ways.
I grew up in Broxbourne, lived in Hoddesdon, and currently live in Ware and have done so for the last 12 years. I am very familiar with all surrounding areas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A lifetime ago working in banking and the airline industry I had to be reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy. This has carried through to my dog walking.
Why should our clients choose you?
I can normally be found walking dogs at one of our many fantastic locations such as: Panshangar Park, Hartham Common, Presdales Woods, Barclay Park, Thundridge, or along either the New or River Lea to name but a few. Like all dog walkers not a day goes by without you coming across a fellow walker, I may even recognise you!
As Pinkneys Pooches becomes my life I have completed my Level 3 award in Dog Walking and Pet Sitting for professionals. I am confident this sets me up to give the best care possible to our best friends in life.
Group Walk
I will collect your dog from your home or workplace and take them to one of our many beautiful local countryside locations where they will have the option to run around off lead and play with up to two other ‘Pinkneys Pooches’ for a full hour before being returned home safely, feeling worn out and waggy tailed.
£12 for one hour
Individual walk
Collecting your dog from your home or workplace, you can choose either a walk for an hour from your door or I can take your dog to a nearby countryside location, where they will receive my undivided attention and have fun playing and running around, exploring and sniffing the beautiful surroundings until their hearts are content. (Drive time is included in the hour).
£15 for one hour
Let outs and Leg Stretches
This service could be particularly suited to either a very young pup or golden oldie, dogs in recovery from an operation or injury or just because…
I will visit your home and spend 30 mins with your dog doing whatever you would like me to do, such as:
Puppy visits - to reinforce any training you may have started.
Let outs to the loo and serving up the supper, checking water, etc.
A short walk around the block.
A combination of any of the above.
£9 for 30 minutes
Doggy Days Out
You need someone to look after your dog for the day?
I can pick up and drop off your dog to suit your needs.
