The body of your dreams should be your healthiest body! This body is full of energy, feeling strong, being mobile and just able to live life to its fullest!

Being able to make an actual difference to someone’s life is beyond rewarding. Seeing someone get fitter is great, but the most amazing thing to witness in a client is the increased confidence and the positive mindset changes.

I started PIM because I felt fitness coaching was missing a key ingredient - your wellbeing. The fitness industry is too focused on the superficial, the quick fixes and the extreme photo transformations. But it is missing the whole point - Healthy isn't a body type. Healthy looks different on each and everyone of us.

If you are looking to improve all areas of your life, not just fitness then I am right for you! Our health is our bodies, our minds and our relationships.

I offer online coaching, or hybrid coaching (in-person sessions with online) and zoom sessions. Bespoke packages are available. We find the right method for you and your goals.

Zoom sessions are available for those who want a more hands on experience without going to a gym.

Programmes can be made for home workouts too.
