I have been doing duo training sessions recently with a friend being trained by Naomi at Phys. She works ya very hard and we can definitely feel the burn from her workouts! Naomi is extremely professional, knowledgable and passionate about fitness and wellbeing and adapts workouts to push us both! A few months ago I decided to have some personal training sessions and found Pete had set up his own business so I signed up with him!
He has a modern well equipped training studio in a great location and free parking near by.
Pete found out what my fitness goals were and tailor made a program for me to fit into my lifestyle without too much disruption! Each session is different and works all your muscle groups so it’s never boring and Pete keeps you motivated to give 100% each time.
He also gives plenty of nutritional advice to help you either lose or maintain weight while training!
What I like most about Pete’s way of training me is he is about changing the shape and sculpting the body rather than muscle building which as a woman is very important.
I find Pete fun, patient, knowledgeable and professional and would recommend him to anyone wanting to find a Personal Trainer.
