It’s been almost a year since our wedding and today we received our album through a combination of life getting in the way and our dear friend Covid! But today feels like the perfect time to write this. I honestly do not have enough words to express how much having Liam as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our whole day. My heart is so full reminiscing back to our special day last October because every photograph is just so perfect. Each page holds a treasured memory, elated happiness and bellies full of laughter. Since the wedding, Liam has photographed my cousin’s 18th birthday and our beautiful gender reveal and I would never ever ask anybody else to capture another memory again. Liam was nothing but friendly, professional and extremely patient. Our little boy got so tired and was extremely grumpy, the photo's Liam has captured shows nothing but good honest, laughter, fun and excitement. You shot our engagement party and we were honoured to have you shoot our little ones first birthday. There was no one else we wanted. We met Liam at another wedding, not being engaged at that point we knew if it ever came to it Liam was the photographer for us. Pre wedding shoot was fantastic featuring our son in the local woods the pictures incredible. Liam certainly comes highly recommended by me and my husband! He was polite, friendly, got on so well with everyone and made everyone feel at ease from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble. He even kept our massive secret for us for months (40th party, actually a wedding reception)!! He did exactly what we wanted with a great mixture of posed and candid shots, and some beautiful editing on some of the portrait photos made them extra special. Having Liam as our wedding photographer was an absolute dream! The moment we met him we knew he was perfect for our big day, he was passionate, friendly and super professional. We wanted to prioritise capturing natural moments whilst still having a cinematic feel to our photographs (both of us are from creative backgrounds so that was very important to us) and Liam gave us what we'd hoped for and so much more! We booked Liam for our wedding on the 26 July and we would 100% recommend him and would definitely book with him again. Liam goes above and beyond to not only photograph your day he puts you at ease as soon as he walks into the room, always professional, friendly, a funny personality, great with kids, and all our guests loved him, he truly cares about what he does. He helped make the day run smoother by teaming up with the other vendors when timings where running late and getting everything back on track. our venue wasn't the usual stunning locations he normally does but he still made the background look amazing. We are so happy with our photos I can't stop looking at them as he captured some truly special moments I will treasure always. Don't know how we will ever pick a favourite! Almost a year ago this month I married my best friend and man of my dreams and we were lucky enough to have Liam Gillan capture what was the best day of my life so far on camera. Right from the moment I contacted Liam he was a pleasure to work with, making both my husband and I completely at ease in front of the camera, making us laugh, which for 2 camera shy people, is no easy task. It felt as if we had known Liam for years and not just met him.. I cannot thank Liam enough, he captured the most amazing photos, making it so difficult to choose which ones were our favourites.. And they bring me lots of joy as I look back on them now. After the wedding we received so many compliments from all our guest as to how amazing the all thought Liam was and how at ease they felt with him taking their photos. When we Met up with Liam about 6 months before our Big Day we instantly both felt at ease with him and his passion for photography came across straight away. We knew there and then that we wanted him to capture our big day! Communication from that point on was fantastic, our engagement shoot was a fun day and When we saw the images we knew that we had picked the right man and couldn't wait for him to capture our Wedding Day! Liam was our choice of photographer at out wedding in Aug 2017 . To say he had a full day would be an understatement. He started off at The Lion ,Boreham photographer my beautiful wife as she and her bridesmaids got ready. Then off to St Andrews Church in Sandon and then off to Crabbes Barn at Kelvedon for the reception. Liam was the consummate professional all day ,working well alongside our videographer. He captured some amazing shots of the day and carried out our wishes to the letter. We wanted a few traditional shots then the rest au natural. Initially I didn't want a photographer at our wedding with the pushyness I have witnessed at other weddings ( including my first) .
