Phone repair shop

Got my phone screen fixed and a screen protector fitted on 7th Aug. It affected my screen and camera making everything look darker but I couldn’t take it back to be fixed as I live abroad. Have just removed the screen protector which was fitted by them when my phone screen was fixed and there is a crack line diagonal across the screen which I don’t understand if the screen protector has been on all this time and the phone hasn’t been dropped. First time I ever had to get a screen fixed and wish I just went to Apple so it was guaranteed. Unhappy. More...
