Had Phoenix Security come out to fit a wireless alarm and 3 wired camera's at my new build house. Andy was amazing, great customer service and really made me feel that i was getting looked after. They come out when it suited me and also spent time in make sure no wires could be seen on the outside of my house. He manged to wire the cameras to a storage closest upstairs and even left me a temp screen display as the wifi had not been upset in my house. Price is perfect for the quality of equipment. i would recommend them to everyone. More...

Very profesional, replaced bell boxes and a broken sensor. The team checked whole alarm system thoroughly and fixed poor wiring. They explained everything they did and provided necessary paperwork and ensured that we could operate the alarm system properly. Oh and they come back a year later to check it over all included in the price..... More...

Upgraded my alarm system and I couldn't have asked for a better service. The job was carried out brilliantly and they made sure everything was done spot on.
They made sure the work that they did was neat and tidy. They also double checked everything after in order to see everything was running right. The price was brilliant and unbeatable for the quality of the system.
