This was the first time I had left Binky + Dyl with anyone other than family. Dyl has aggression anxiety and I was worried about leaving him with people he didn't know but I needn't of been they both had a fantastic time staying with Jenefer + Don. They understood he's needs and respected all my requests, it was lovely receiving updates and photos daily about them it really put my mind at ease and I was able to have a nice relaxing holiday knowing that they were happy and being looked after well. PetStay were fabulous. I had never left my 10yr old dog Max with anyone other than close friends/family. Max stayed with Lindsey / Mike and had a fantastic holiday himself. Both Lindsey and Mike made me feel very comfortable leaving him with them as they were so loving towards him. Whilst away I received regular texts and photos of how Max was getting on. He had the most wonderful time, lots of walking and playing. I had a very relaxing holiday knowing he was having so much fun and in such safe, loving care. I would highly recommend and am already considering my next holiday. I'm sure Max will be just as pleased at the prospect of another holiday with Lindsey and Mike. As soon as we found Kevin and Margaret through PetStay to look after our Blue we have never looked back! If they cannot have our dog we do not go away! ! Blue is always eager to go to them as soon as we arrive. They are loving, caring and you can leave your dog knowing they will be loved on and treated like a member of the family. Brilliant! Keith and Lin are just amazing, and what a fab alternative to kennels. Oscar went to meet them several weeks ago, before I confirmed our booking. He was so well looked after, with outings to the park and local events, and his holiday was filled with activities, so much like we usually do together. Keith and Lin just couldn’t do enough for Oscar, and he came home a very happy doggy, having been spoilt rotten for a week. Better than kennels. Your dog gets one to one attention all day in surrounding they are use to to. Walks are longer and their daily routine is kept very similar making it a lot less stressful for the dogs whilst they are separated from their owners. We are so pleased we discovered PetStay. We have been able to go away knowing our Cocker Spaniel is been loved and cared for. On the 2nd stay Olly was pulling us up the driveway of Jenny's house, so excited to be staying with Jenny and family again. My son was really anxious about leaving our dog Charlie. Jenny was excellent organising the stay and matching Charlie. Elaine and Bob were fantastic with Charlie on our visit and also brilliant with my son reassuring him how well they will care for Charlie. When we collected him Charlie didn't spot us at first and went up to Elaine to see who she had let in. It was clear how much he liked her, all waggy around her. Jenny was brilliant from the start, making sure she had all the information about Suki so that she could find the best carer to match Suki's needs. Gwen was the lovely lady who looked after Suki for us. This was the first time we have left her with anyone. She is a 5 year old Labrador that we adopted 6 months ago. I would unreservedly recommend Jenny as being the ideal sitter and the service both her and her family provides is to the highest standards. During our first preliminary visit our dog Presley made himself at home and even played football in Jenny's rear garden with her son. We knew immediately that our dog would be staying in a home from home and left him without hesitation.
