Jayne has been looking after my 2 cats for a couple of years now and I would never go anywhere else! They used to be so scared and frightened going to a cattery and it was so upsetting saying goodbye to them. Now Jayne comes everyday and not only feeds them and cleans the trays, she plays with them and cuddles them. I always come home to 2 very happy, relaxed cats. Quite possibly the best dog sitters/walkers I have ever come across.I am a veterinary surgeon and extremely meticulous over the needs of my two geriatric doggos. Jayne and Jim rose to the challenge of my unpredictable schedule and chronic health conditions of Bella and Alfi. Nothing was beyond the capabilities of this PetPal duo-feeding,medication,behaviour,pet anxiety (and owner anxiety!). I was always sent an update about my dogs via text the same day, and always arrived home to find happy sleeping dogs with a lovely note telling me of their adventures. I only wish that when I moved out of the area, I could have taken Jayne and Jim with us! Bella and Alfi will miss you terribly. Thank you for looking after them so well and giving me peace of mind. Petpals looked after our two cats for a fortnight. Each cat had very different needs and temperaments, but both were well cared for and relaxed when we returned. In the past we have housed our cats in catteries. No matter how good the cattery, the cats were upset by a change in territory, the journey to the cattery and so on. We used to say they were getting a holiday too, but I don't think they saw it that way. By calling on Petpals, we and they do not have to go through that again.
