Shocking service that has devastated a grieving family. An engineer visited my deceased father in law's house for a routine boiler check, turned on the immersion heater and opened a window. A neighbour noticed the open window the next day and when we went to close the window the immersion heater had been boiling like a pressure cooker for 2 days. Wallpaper was peeling, water was dripping down the walls, from the ceiling, soaked the bed, carpet and all bedding and the electric had tripped meaning that the freezer had defrosted. They accepted it was their fault but because the immersion heater is not covered in the plan, they are not liable - for anything. We have since been told that we were lucky and the effects could have been catastrophic. More...

Absolutely excellent service from Alex at Peter O'Neill Services. Rang my home emergency last night, Peter O'Neill Services phoned me straight away and came at 8am this morning and turned the hot water off. Back at 10am to fix the pipework. we used this company to have a new combi boiler very effient installation only took approx 6 hrs to do the whole installation clean and tidy about 12 years ago serviced regular with no problems until last month not having any hot water came same day i rang them needed a new pump which was fitted this morning sorted now

We used peter oneils in september this year.We had removed a parkray solid fuel fire and wanted to create a new focal point in the gaping hole left in its place Patrick came and measured up for a new hearth and chamber insert as our original chamber was pretty tatty,the chamber i wanted they didnt stock so he even sourced that for me . We had patrick to sweep and cap the chimney,fit a plate to block drafts into the chamberand to fit the new hearth and chamber in our sitting room This took all day during which he was extremely cheerful and attentive to every little detail of the installation .We are chuffed to bits with the end result and would definately use him again More...

I have recently had my boiler repaired and serviced by Peter O'Neill and I cannot praise the company enough. I had a fault on the boiler and I contacted the company and within no time at all they had sent an engineer out to my property. I would like to say thank you, the Engineer was incredibly professional in the way he dealt with the problem. He introduced himself to me at the door and brought dust sheets which he put down before he started to work on the boiler. Top class service yet again when I used O’Neill’s this month (January 2017). Communication was exceptionally good, payment made easy and work up to usual high standards. Price I paid was competitive and will be using again in future. Have recommended this company to friends and colleagues I work with and they too have spoken highly of the service provided and value for money when making comparisons like-for-like.
