Prior to making a booking our policy is to meet all clients in their homes to
discuss all your requirements and meet your pets while you are there so that
they are comfortable and happy when I visit, collect or groom them. This service is free of charge.

Before any booking can commence we go over your requirements, complete all
necessary paperwork to ensure we have all the correct information for our files
before we start our visits, and of course the most important part we meet your
pets to ensure they like us.

Like people some pets do not take to some people, we want to ensure that your
pet feels comfortable in our presence especially dogs which will be visited, groomed and
walked by us.

We let your cat or dog in and out if needed or sit with your pet for company. Feeding and cat litter changes done, grooming if needed.

Interaction through play and love and each visit planned to your pets need.
