How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am making training effective and enjoyable. Base on the consultation and fitness questionnaire I teach all my client how to perform safely the most effective exercises. My approach is very personalised what's mean that all training programs and nutrition expectations are designed to the person needs. I like to build good relation with every client to make sure they are honest with me and feel comfortable at the gym and around other people.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
One world, consistency. You need to make sure that you do every week something to makes your body stronger, fitter and resilient. Your body is side effect of your activity and nutrition. I offer very complex coaching which cover all aspect of the workout, fuel (nutrition) and recovery.
What do you love most about your job?
Results = satisfaction = smile = enjoyment = consistency = results. Definitely results and gratefulness of my client when they become better versions of themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Idea of helping people. In my previous jobs I realised that I am working only for the money. Since I become I Personal Trainer I am not only can pay my bills but also change people life what is like double pay check. It's adding more meaning to my life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about my work. My service is not only Personal Training but also nutrition and mental aspect of the fitness (mindset) what in my opinion is also very imporant. Between the sets I like to talk with people to meet them closer and find the best strategy to help them achieve their goals faster. I am also very emphatic and understanding what helps me know better people and their needs.

I am offering Personal Training Sessions remotely in Edinburgh at the Pure Gym Fort Kinnaird but also I am a Online Coach. Both services works very well. If client is not sure which is better base on the consultation I am explaining pros and cons of those services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being fully vaccinated, testing regularly, wearing mask during the session, sanitise equipment of the gym for the client are the things what I do on the regular basis to make sure they feel safe.
