I have a very hyper 18 month old Cocker Spaniel called Charlie in desperate need of a wash, cut and blow dry. I was a little worried if Vikki would cope with such a handful.
Vikki had an amazing ability to calm him down allowing him to give her lots of cuddles and kisses during his 1st grooming experience. I highly recommend Vikki and have already booked his next pampering. Well done Vikki, he looks adorable More...

I found perfect pooch by chance on Facebook, and I am so glad I did!! My 8 month old pomachon "buster" was so at ease with vicky throughout the whole experience. We have just had our first grooming session with Vikki and I have to say she was brilliant. We will definitely be booking a regular slot for our little man Walter. We are Walters 2nd home and although he is never aggressive he is very shy and timid with new people. Vikki took care and time with him and before long he was looking relaxed in her company. Plus he looks fantastic :)

We found Perfect Pooch by chance on Facebook and we are so happy we did.
We have a very nervous Shih-Tzu and she finds going to the groomers so very stressful. Vikki was very professional and very calm with Lola. Lola was a little worried when Vikki started setting up but with a reassuring voice.....and a few treats Lola was won round.
Vikki did an amazing job and we have booked her to do our other 2 dogs in a couple of weeks.

Very happy to write a lovely review for Vikki! I found Perfect Pooch by chance after I couldn't book Amber in with her regular groomer and Vikki had a free spot. She greeted Amber like the Dog Whisperer - my dog has never been so calm and relaxed, and talked to her gently throughout the groom - it was clear how much she loved dogs. Vikki was recommended to me and I can see why. I have a puppy and this was his first groom. I was really impressed, and so was my puppy who loved her. It was lovely how Vikki spent nearly an hour playing with Stevie before she even brought her equipment in. She has such a lovely way with the dogs giving lots of reassurance, kisses and cuddles. Hugo and I would 100% recommend Vicky.
She knocked the front door with no equipment and spent a long time getting to know Hugo before bringing her bits in let him smell all the bits and bobs when she brought them in to the house. He was so relaxed with her he even fell asleep while being brushed. An absolute pleasure to watch a lovely lady loving her work and my puppy loving her too. He looks and smells very beautiful. Vikki is the only dog groomer we've had who could actually get my old terrier cross to have his claws trimmed without WW3 breaking out (and that included the vet. ) All my dogs love her and go hysterical with excitement when she arrives. Having their "hair done" is a treat rather than a chore with Vikki and although her work is absolutely first class, her kindness and gentleness with the Furballs is even more important. Well i couldn't recommend Vikki more highly - she came into the house and immediately began to put my dogs at ease.
Time was spent playing with them and them getting to know her before she began - that made such a difference.
Our dog Ruby has been bitten twice so very wary around her back legs,Vikki was so gentle and patient.
I now have 2 beautifully groomed dogs,Can't Thank her enough - looking forward to the next time!!!!! More...
