Ellie is so friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.She is happy handling any size dog. We have a Newfoundland which is a giant breed. Took my 6 month old Cockerpoo Ruby for her first ever hair cut today, everyone was very calming and welcoming when we dropped her off as she was nervous (and so were we), she was cut exactly how we asked absalutely perfect, fluffy and amazing (although I doubt the cleaness will last long as she's so mischievous)! Definitely will be coming back! ��

I took my 12 1/2 year old Westie who is blind and a bit wary of new people for a groom on 11th October . He went in looking bedraggled and when I went to collect him he was chilling lying on the floor between the tables. The end result was superb. The staff are genuine in showing their care and compassion to the animals trusted into their care. My Westie has been to other groomers but I won't be going elsewhere anymore.
