Stage 1) Free consultation, written estimate and design service.
Stage 2) Finalise the contract and schedule of works, pay a deposit and agree structured payment schedule
Stage 3) Register the job for building control
Stage 4) Install Lintel at the opening of existing garage along with damp proofing and create new opening to house if required
Stage 5) Install floating insulated floor
Stage 6) Insulate the existing roof, or install new insulated EPDM roof
Stage 7) First fix electrics, multimedia power points and lighting
Stage 8) Insulate and plasterboard walls
Stage 9) Brick up front opening and install window as required and door to new house opening if required
Stage 10) second fix electrics ( Part P Certified)

Complete any Snagging and the job is ready for Building Control final inspection
