NOT HAPPY AT ALL ordered my weekly munchy box and smelt a rather obscure odour coming from my kebab meat. A strong smell of urine was regurgitating from my kebab meat have no idea where this came from but have had to send the kids upstairs and wife outside until I had disposed of my kebab with caution. Extremely disappointed was told this was a family chippy until I found a rather faeces looking object amongst my chips, kids are traumatised and wife’s been spewing for hours over the kitchen floor. CHEERS!!!!! WONT BE COMING BACK

Overcharge for smaller products and if you complain they get funny with you. Miss items off often and refuse to replace or refund

Be careful you get what you pay for. I paid for 1.75ltr and got 1.5ltr, when complained I got banned. Management poor and customer service even worse!

Visited yesterday was In town for the festival of colours, my daughter enjoyed the food, I pinched a few chips from my daughter. Wow honestly to be excited about chips is um.. Not my thing but those chips were amazing.. Her brothers pizza.. I think it was called the 'snatcher' (had chorizo and some other tasty meat, maybe beef) or something I will be buying that pizza again. My pizza was decent it was the macaroni one with added smoked sausage. Hmm maybe I wil try and ask for the Snatcher or snapper or whatever the name is and add maccaroni.. Anyways top place don't think there is anywhere similar or on par in Glasgow, will be visiting tomorrow to pick up shaun the sheep which my daughter left and to buy a pizza and chips. More...

The food is very good and the place looks very clean. We've been a few times now and have always been happy with our order. The place seems to get a decent level of trade and it's always been very busy when I've been in. The queuing system is a bit haphazard and they often forget what people have ordered. I've seen a few folk not happy with their extended wait. They deliver far and wide, to many of the outlying areas in South Lanarkshire. Our little one loves the kid's box that comes with a free drink and small toy. This offers decent value for money. They also offer pizzas, pakora, kebabs etc which are also of decent quality, if falling a little short of what you'd get at an equivalent Indian takeaway.
