Sent an email but was completely ignored
Really disappointed in my experience with you guys Saturday for my daughters 8th birthday party & the attitude of staff.
We hired the hummer for an hour. The driver turned up and struggled to get music working says was a bag signal area.
Eventually got it working and took off to find the iPad off line so nothing that hadn’t been Downloaded worked. So the girls were listening to songs they did not know. I played around trying to sort myself but was struggling I asked to driver to pull over & help to which she signed and says she didn’t know how to work it either. Ridiculous attitude and shouldn’t be working with the public if it’s a hassle for her.
Drove around again the girls needed the toilet so asked the driver to stop. We stopped at kfc at the showcase cinema. When I returned to the bus we eventually got the pad connected to my phone but by this time it was time to return home so over all the girls knew about 3 songs.
If it’s up to the customer to deal with the Music again don’t think this is right the least you can do is go over it all before heading off to ensure the customer gets the full experience as caused me a lot of stress trying to deal with this.
My husband phoned and spoke with yourself David to which I believe you weren't very helpful either.
Staff need more training so they can tell the customers exactly how to deal with the Music but for that money I would expect Music to be included.

Hired the Bentley limo for my grans 90th birthday. Exceptional service from Clyde valley Limos!!! Jerry(?) was an amazing driver, continuously offering to take pictures for us, and when we forgot something at home he happily went back for us.
Couldn’t recommend them more, Jerry and the car absolutely made the day and couldn’t praise them enough. My grans first time at 90 years old ever being in a limo and she had the best experience!

Absolutely fantastic! Hired for a journey from Glasgow to Carlisle for a hen do, the booking process was easy, driver arrived on time and was in touch.
And the bus was absolutely fantastic!! Would consider this as a way to travel every time I go away with a group. The bonkers bus was great fun, we could choose our own music, bring on our own drink and had such a great time!
100% recommend! 🤩

Great service today for my daughter’s birthday. All the girls loved it including myself 😀 I’ve never seen a bunch of 8year olds get so excited to be going on the motorway 🤣
The driver was amazing, really patient with the girls when they kept asking “are we the most annoying people you’ve ever had in here”
Would defo recommend you guys. My daughter had the best day today & the pink hummer limo was definitely the highlight of her whole birthday weekend.

I recently used CVL for work transporting a senior colleague to various locations around Edinburgh and Glasgow. The service David provided was incredible and he managed to navigate the journey seamlessly during COP26.
David stayed in contact as itineraries changed, keeping me up to date with my colleagues movements.
The car provided was immaculate and exactly what I was looking for.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use CVL again and would recommend them time and time again.
