Nigel's communication was prompt and professional much like his service! They cleared a horrendous back garden with difficult access and plenty of brambles with complete ease! What a pleasure it has been having Nigel and his team working for us -all thoroughly professional, competent, good-humoured and fuss-free. They have converted a scrubby area of grass into a delightful garden with a raised bed, a rose bed and several other beds. Nigel is extremely knowledgable and a very pleasant man into the bargain. Tracy has been marvellous, too - ordering everything that was needed and making sure that it all came on time. So, really, we couldn't praise Pembroke Gardening Services highly enough. More...

In Feb 2014 my son asked me what I would like for my birthday, I said don't bother Im decluttering. Then on my birthday 29th March I received a Moonpig card created by my son with a jokey photo of a gardener on the front, saying Adam the wonder gardener is not available BUT he had found NIGEL THE WONDER GARDENER onthe internet who would attend to my every gardening need. He had booked 2 x 8 hr days with 2 gardeners.WOW that was scary in Pembrokeshire, having come up against the "Pembrokeshire Promise". ie.people not turning up as promised.Nigels' website tells me "WORRY LESS, ENJOY MORE" it also assured me they would answer all calls. Well, what a pleasure it has been dealing with Nigel. A kind, knowledgable and sensitive man of integrity. I normally prefer to do all my own gardening, but due to recent ill health the heavy work had been neglected. Nigel and his associate worked through an extremely hot day. The effort and what they achieved was amazing. They arrived on time and worked continuously all the day through. What an absolute relief and such satisfaction they gave me.The cute thing about my experience is, my son organised all this from New York where he lives. I have now used Pembroke Gardening Services on 2 occasions, firstly to lay the ground work and the erect a garden shed and now to install a garden handrail. I live 260 miles from my mothers home in Milford Haven. As a 79 year old pensioner my mother is wary of people. However both jobs have been completed with a high level of professionalism and with care and understanding of my mothers requirements. There are some very kind and generous people in the world and Tracey & Nigel are 2 of them. Thanks to Pembroke Gardening Services they have helped restore and maintained our ramp at our caravan in Kiln Park, Tenby which is used for children with terminal cancer. Without their help the ramp would have rotted away and may have stopped families attending. Nigel stripped out huge shrubs from a large overgrown rockery, cleared away all debris, weed-killed area, and replanted with alpines. This was staged work over a series of visits. Nigel also planted hedging elsewhere. He was extremely reliable, knowledgeable, hardworking (in all weathers!) and a pleasure to have around. Would thoroughly recommend Pembroke Gardening Services. Had turf removed from over graveled area and weed killer sprayed onto gravel. Then had 3 bags of new gravel laid down and leveled out. The price quoted was very reasonable and included disposal of all waste and labour.After the job was done the area was left clean and tidy.Very impressed with the service and would use the business again.Would definately recommend.
