What do you love most about your job?
I love the independence that comes from starting my own business. Meeting new and long term customers, many of whom have become my friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started learning about computers in order to help my children who were in school at the time with their homework. I loved it and spent the next 5 years taking on more courses. The last two years I spent two nights a week taking professional courses with the mind of starting my own business. Thankfully, in Jan 2006 that dream became a reality.

As a Christian integrity is extremely important. My reputation with my customers is extremely important to me, and I always ensure my customers are satisfied before taking payment.

I have a policy of calling out to people's homes or businesses in order to better understand what their difficulty is. This I believe is the best approach as often a fault can only be diagnosed at the persons home or business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Each persons personal needs are different when it comes to covid. Whatever steps each persin requires I am happy to oblige.
