What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Where possible, our meetings are carried out online via Teams, Zoom etc. We visit site only when it is essential.
Safe distancing, face cover all the time at site visits.
Our staff abides and follow local Covid-19 Policies on site or during client meets to ensure safety is met.
All the documents can be submitted online including meetings.

We provide analysis and design calculations for various types of foundations including strip/trench footings, pads, ground bearing slabs, rafts and piled foundation.
Structural Design
Framing layout, beam specification, and calculation reports. Just what you need if you’re intending to make any structural alterations, such as an opening in or remove a load-bearing wall all the way to building a new structure.
All of our designs and calculations are carried to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part A – Structure.

We provide method statements to outline the proposed works and how they will be carried out to ensure that construction is carried out safely and efficiently with minimal adverse impacts. Throughout construction, the method statement will be constantly reviewed and any changes or improvements will be re-submitted and approved by relevant parties.
Temporary Works Design
When undertaking construction works, which involve refurbishment, partial or whole demolition, or working near other buildings or structures, a temporary works scheme may be required.

We have extensive experience in the design of retaining walls. We have the capability to design reinforced concrete, masonry (both reinforced and plain) and gabion basket types. We can also help our client to identify the most economical solutions for their projects.
Wall Removal and Knock-through
We conduct Structural Surveys and produce design calculations for steel beams to safely undertake building alterations such as wall removals and knock-throughs.
Double and Single Storey Extensions
We specialise in providing calculations for small scale internal alterations and extensions. We provide design calculations for Steel, Concrete, Timber and Masonry elements required for typical house extensions and alterations.
