Pearl Home Design helped us with staging our home for a sale, and did a brilliant job. Marta was efficient (used the pre-quote visit to collect all info needed), understood our requirements well, provided expert guidance on areas we hadn’t considered and worked well with us in our own style. Her sense of design and aesthetics is impressive, and I absolutely enjoyed the process. She didn’t mind staying late if required to finish the work up - a true and committed professional. The only trouble was - she made us fall in love with our house even more, making the sale more difficult in our minds!
Our property was listed at a premium in the market as we saw the current value and future potential. Thanks to Marta, we were able to convey this to our prospective buyers. And when we got to the point of sale, we got the premium we demanded for, and a bit more.
