My wife are both in our sixties and have health and weight issues, so we were a little apprehensive. However, Richard was really good and set the workouts accordingly.
Would highly recomend.

I've been training with Rich for 3 months and achieved my initial goals - the main one being an improved cardio. I am unfit and severely overweight so I was extremely apprehensive but Richard has put me at ease and designed a programme that I can do.

He is extremely supportive and has quickly got to know me and how I work.

I have been training with Rich for the last 3 months now. I started with poor cardiovascular condition and it was really affecting my general health. My conditioning and strength has changed so much since working with Rich and my ability within cardio exercises has increased massively.
