I went to Lee because I had found myself in a very dark place. I had gone through something that had no explanation or answers. It came so unexpected, it led my mind going round in circles. Circles I know I’d never get the answers too. I’d spoken to my family and friends and the support was great but I couldn’t move the thoughts or change my mindset. I was lost. Lee from the start has been amazing, his explanations to the mind and thoughts have been made so much more clearer. His presents makes you feel calm and easy to talk to him. His relaxation recording is a MUST. Every night I listen to it. Now.... I’m learning to be me again, a person that can look and take the positive out of each day.
